More and more the discussion of our economy is really starting to hit home. And not just the loss of jobs either – but something even more frightening: the loss of our currency. Don’t think it can happen here?? Better study world history…

The concept of spending ones way out of a problem only works when funds can be raped from someplace else. I get a kick out of the neo-cons who state that the way to bring down our deficit is to cut spending and tax’es… I can see the cut spending – because that’s what I do – but cut tax’es?? That would be the same as me cutting my income level… and use Visa instead.

I would need to raise my income level if I needed extra funds. And if the governement is going broke – it needs to raise it’s income too. The rich don’t want to hear this – and funny enough, they re in the best position to afford an increase in taxes…

There was a gent on Coast to Coast am the other night who spoke about what’s going to happen when the shit really hits the fan: Our paper money will become worthless. Just like the currency in Germany did not so long ago…

What does this mean?? Your millions will be worthless. Theonlyfolks who’ll be alright will be those with either precious metals – or goods / services which can be used as an exchange service…

That’s right: we will see a return of bartering. Forget abot your 401k, SSI, your pension… once this country goes down – it’s gonna collapse fast. And what’s interesting is how this is being all done from within. Or is it??

Rewind to the Reagan Years… Why did the Soviet Union collapse?? Because we bankrupted them. I remember reading in Avaition Week how the Soviet defense plant employees were being paid with Vodka – because there was no more money left.

It can – and I believe it will happen here – because there’s gonna come a time when the Federal Reserve – which I believe is a private orginazation – says “Sorry, That’s All Folks” and we will effectively be shut down. My question then is in a society without currency – would everything then go plastic instead??

Would we reach a point where we have chips implanted into our bodies – and this would inturn become our new currency and I.D. all in one??

Today I woke up listening to 960 WELI News Talk Radio, and Glenn Beck was going pretty good about something which I really wasn’t paying any attention to until he mentioned a very interesting history lesson which I certainly was not taught in school, and it was the lesson of power.

Today, I found out why Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japan. Forget about how our own government knew this was going to take place (just like with 9/11) – but why did this attack take place: Because we told England that they needed to make a choice as far as ‘getting back on track’ and Englands choice was to end trade with Japan, not too mention cause Japan great shame and loss.

(actually, Glenn blamed it on the progressives – something I still can’t figure out)

So, Japan took two and two and put them together – and that’s how we got paid back: They decided to bomb Pearl Harbor.

Nice, huh??

If we fast forward to 9/11/2001, we witness the same kind of thing happening yet again.

All the warning signs were in place, but once again – we let it happen – because it would be good for business – and crushing the middle / working class for once and for all.

It’s rare that I discuss work related matter’s, only because usually there are none worth discussing.

But this time was different…

When the president of a multi billion dollar company (which is part of a multi multi billion dollar corporation) is begging the workers (thru the union) for money to pay off the politicians, something is very wrong.

(I for one always thought it was the corporations job to pay off the lobbyists)

So I decided to do a Google search on “the cause” just to see what the hell was going on, and as expected, what was being told to the workers was nothing like what really happened (which was old news anyway, but maybe because we now have a new US president, it would be a good time to revist it…) so this in effect forced me to “become the media” as Jello would say. I immediately made a copy of an available document on-line showing the particulars of this so-called bad deal and foud that the deal itself seemed ok – what bothered me was how the only thing which actually occured was a Maryland based defense contractor upping the price (to increase revenue) and raking in the cash (milions and millions) meanwhile, over 2 years later and no product.

What am I talking about here?? A Russian helicopter deal for Iraq, Afganistan, and Pakastan thru the U.S. Army via the Pentagon.

I like the idea of these nations recieving aircraft they are familiar with.

But not here – bad behavior is always rewarded financially by those who call the shots (the corporations / bankers) without any regard as to how this would effect the general population.

Is it just me who is wondering just what the hell is going on these days??

When I listen to todays US politics, I am now no longer paying any attention to who is saying what. I am only listening to what exactly is being said. I’ve been doing this for about the past 5 years now, and it surprises me how the public will change their opinion based on who says what is good and what isn’t. If during the last administration, something viewed as a good thing is now suddenly viewed as bad – not because anything has changed – but only because of what someone like Rush thinks (which is based on only what his sponsors – like the RNC – want to hear)…

I read with interest an article on the BBC NEWS regarding how some believe that Bin Laden was killed at Tora Bora back in the early days of the conflict after 9/11…

I suddenly remembered a very animated “W” on 60minutes when asked the same question a few years back coming back with: “how do you know he’s still alive, how do you know we haven’t killed him yet?” This bring’s to point a similar issue regarding Saddam Hussein – like, I really believe he was caught the way they portrayed it…

So wo do we believe, who do we listen to??

When it comes to current events, I choose the BBC News (on line) and China Radio International (via shortwave). SRN News in the US is probably the only non-sensational-istic program left. Bloomberg Radio is excellent, WABC and FOX are both biased to the right, then there is WBAI all the way to the left. I don’t know where this leaves CBS or NBC…

I remember quite some time ago when I was still active in the E.E.H. Vol. Fire Dept over in Derby talking with Pat about these ‘speeches and interviews’  where as long as noting out ofthe ordinary is being said, how could these be viewed as messages to carry out an attack…

Like, what if in the middle of a speech “Puppsy The Clown” is said out loud without any warning – could that trigger a new jihad??

Rush came back on the air. I’m not  sure I believe his hospital story -  I personally believe that he was being ‘re-programmed’ because his message lately (before he was sick) was really hitting on some good points (which could be linked back to the good old boys club) and I even felt that he was speaking the truth like he used to 20 years ago. Then, without any warning – once he came back on the air this past Wednesday – it was back to that RNC right wing neo-con crap. Yeah Rush, we should all be without insurance just like you – except we ain’t rich fat pigs like you are. But if there was no insurance, then what about the fat cats who’ve been running these company’s – what would happen to them??

I made a comment recently that the best way to end terrorism on jet planes is that anyone with anything more than a traffic violation is put on the do not fly list. End of story. I was then told that this would cause the entire industry to collapse. Really?? There are so many bad people out there?? Perhaps we need to become more like China where we have an assembly line judicial process – in one door – and shot dead out the other – all within a few minutes…

Now there’s all this talk about the big republican win in 2010. Nobody wants to see this more than me – because I want to see what they are going to do. Nothing. That’s right, not a damn thing will change – except Rush will suddenly say that everything’s being done for the right reasons. Is it any coincidence that most of the current presidents policies won’t come to be until after he is out and Sarah is in??

I’ll tell you this: the only way a politician is getting my vote is if he pays me. No more of this giving money to support my politician of choice – they are going to have to pay me. And when I mean pay, I mean pay.

But in all seriousness – I’m really believing in a One World Order. And it does not need to be complicated either. But this would put an end to exploitation, something this nation is very good at supporting through it’s trade practices…

I’ve been giving much thought over the past few days regarding recent and not so recent current events.

I sincerely hope that I am wrong but I am really starting to believe that we (meaning our government) are allowing terrorist actions to occur here within our country.

Every single warning bell was going off prior to 9/11 and nothing was done.

Every single warning bell was going off prior to Christmas, and nothing again was done. But this time we got lucky in that the device failed to detonate.

What exactly is going on here??

Why are we still having a C.I.A. if they are being notified about potential threats and do nothing about them??

While visiting my folks, we decided independent of one another that voting in this country is a waste of time. Those with the big bucks control the politicians.

Every single talkshow host worth his salt will even mention that thevery last thing any politician cares about is the welfare of the general public.

I listened to a little bit of Monica on WABC today, I loved her line about “fighting with her stiletto’s…”

I mean, what is she thinking – or maybe better yet, her listeners?? What are they thinking??

Once all the dots are connected, it’s pretty obvious with what’s going on here. We need domestic terrorist acts to occur – because it’s good for the economy. It keeps the defense industry going, and it keeps the super rich bankers super rich. It also ensures that the law abiding citizen will be more and more put under complete control.

It’s interesting that we will soon be stripped searched on every airline flight – and we will like it – yet there will be more attacks, and mark my words: Every single one of them will have been flagged – but allowed to ‘get the job done’ just like in the past. There is an on-going pattern happening here – and anyone can figure it out to if they are willing to do some research on their own…

Now, far be it for me to proclaim that I know all the solutions – but I definately can see the problems. Anyone can if they open their eyes and ears and pay attention.

Merry Christmas.

I listened with great interest yesterday regarding the situation of yet another Muslim trying to blow up another jet plane filled with innocent passangers. At first I questioned just how serious was this latest round, but today it turns out that this could have been very catastrophic.

What exactly is going on here?? In my last post, I mentioned the latest joke I mean task which the Dept. of Homeland Security is doing regarding making federal contractors prove yet again that their employees are U.S. Citizens. Yup, all the while a nigerian man (who comes from wealth) is able to simply walk on to a comercial jet airliner…

Meanwhile, both Rush and our President are celebrating in Hawaii. Just what is something I would like to know…

I have both good and bad news to report.

Firstly, the world is not going to end in 2012. This is an absolute myth. But what will happen is that our lives will be changed forever. How?? Well, once unemployment passes 50% – there will definately be class wars, poverty will become the new norm for those in the working class, while the pigs at the top will accumulate a mass of power and greed which cannot even be imagined…

Today I learned that as an employee of a contractor which gets some government work that we are once again to prove to this fucking government that we are still US citizens. I’ve been through this process at least a half dozen times over the past 22+ years, and everytime up until now I’ve gone along with it. My favorite reason for why we needed to prove our identity is because the foriegn nationals we had within the company robbed all our files. And this was right after 9/11 too… Well, this time the rules have changed. Expired passports are no longer valid as legit forms of identification. Great, so I will now have to shell out a days worth of wages to get a new one – not too mention spending an entire day traveling to get this accomplished…

Part of why I am so mad is because I believed that the position of president in this country meant something.

Well, it doesn’t. It’s just a position filled by actors whose string’s are pulled by the Bankers – who are the real movers and shakers. So, here’s the deal at ‘the job’: lets scam everyone into telling them that it’s good to forfit your lump sum entitlement checks – and instead take the pay as you use the time. But, you have to use your time to get your money. If you get let go, you just lost all your money you otherwise would have received. Now with an assembly line which is approaching just a 50% capacity wih 120% of a workforce, it’s pretty easy to figure out what comes next.

The previous administrations all did an outstanding job in smashing to bits our once proud manufacturing base. This is no more – and not because of the unions – but because of the greedy pigs at the top and the investors, who I view as the lowest forms of life.

I really believed out current leader would reverse this trend – which sent all the executive boards scrambling into coming up with a plan on how to defeat this – which they did almost overnight – without anymore public discussion once the presidents idea to bring our offshore jobs back failed. I realized then that it was all over, and that as citizens of this once proud country – we would now be subject to whatever our government dictates regardless of who the ruling party supposedly is, because there is only oe god here – and that’s money.

I honestly believe that right now – unemployment here in the US is at least 20 – 22%. They say 10% – but that’s ONLY the figures on the unemployment rolls – once your checks run out – you are no longer considered un-employed. This is done to decieve those into believing that thing’s are not that bad. But they are, and they are going to get worse.

There is definately a paradynme shift occuring. Some who got into ponzi schemes in the mid 1990′s did very good. My question is how are they doing now. The only market left in this country is one of selling. You have to have your own business or thing which other’s need – be it a handyman, fisherman, anything which provides a service which people will pay for. But what happens when folks can no longer afford to pay once they no longer have jobs ?? Then, the service sector suffers and everything collapses…

Once the manufacturing base is eliminated, where is all the tax revenue going to come from ??

Our once proud nation will then completely collapse – and while 2012 might be a bit early for this to happen, 2012 will be the point of no return unless the working class wakes up and takes action to save themselves…

If one is not paying attention, without realizing it – today he or she is being sold a bill of goods which is nothing but lies, twisted truths or outright deception.

I love how what was good during the last administration is suddenly now not good (on a national level) even though nothing has changed. Not a single thing has changed since the Democrats supposedly took over the White House, just as nothing changed when Nancy took over congress. All these “we’re gonna go this and we’re not gonna do that” bullshit is just that. Everything “W” wanted “W” got, while everything “O” wants is not being allowed to pass. Sure, the right wing talkshow hosts make it sound like the big “O”s gonna push through his health care bill, we all know that its gonna be made to look like he’s gonna succeed then at the very last minute, it will be defeated. Remember, the insurance companies are part of the make up of rich pigs which pull all the string’s – and as long as money is being made, ain’t nothing gonna change.

This is capitalism at it’s worst.

Nothing is legit anymore, especially when it comes to education…

Anyone out there have experience with on-line collages??

Well, all I can say is don’t do it – because it’s debatable if any of them are real.

Maybe it’s the ‘for profit’ status these institutions tout, maybe it’s because this writer is reminded of the I.C.S. (International Correspondence Schools) of the 1970′s, or maybe it’s because this writer’s wife is finding out the hard way that places like the Pittsburgh Institute of Art on-line are only interested in ripping you off through continuious harrassment and lies.

I thought it was interesting how even though her company has an education program which pays for accredited collages, this one in particular continues to harass and demand fees which should be directed to the company. This reminds me how the city of Derby once went after me for property taxes which my mortgage company should have been handling, needless to say I now have a different mortgage company which allows me to pay the tax’es myself.

Did I mention how a Peoples Bank – wait, People’s United Bank – tried to scam me out of a $99.00 fee – which they called an “un-collected fee” on my checking statement?? Well, when I got the notice in the mail saying that I was being whacked for $99.00 for un-collected funds, I knew something was wrong, especially after being informed via the BBC News about scams US banks are now doing to raise more capital.When the branch VP started to really hammer me, that’s when I knew I was in the right and they were in the wrong – and she knew it too.

When Wolf got an emil from Greg, we both saw a fatal mistake he made: out of the blue, he mentioned that Verizon would not accept a payment that’s not invoiced. Whoa, I thought this was the Pittsburgh Institute of Art, guess not…

Turns out that after much research, almost none of those people at the on-line school are real.

What I would like to know is how much real value does an on-line degree hold, compared to one from say Sacred Heart in Fairfield??

Last time I checked, we still have a right to free speech, and with that right should come the right to free opinions of any nature. Well, I guess this is ok as long as those in power feel safe and secure behind their veil of false pretenses and lies… One thing I’ve watched the neo-cons do is spred the wildest lies to the mass’es by repeating the same lie over and over until it becomes accepted as fact.

What happened after 9/11 is a good example of that. How I wish I had recorded all the media statements and news broadcasts of that fatefull day, because the fairytale version which was shoved down our throats by the right is very different than what really went down. I mean, honestly – the first commercial fight out of the US winds up being the bin-laden family so they could be protected in France??

Hands up for all those who can smell bullshit.

It occured to me the other day that for the last 5 years or so, it’s not the government that people listen to but national syndicated talk radio hosts. Some are better than other’s when it comes to spreading the lies they are being paid to broadcast to the mass’es, but some like on Coast to Coast are real informative.

I used to be a huge fan of Rush. I listened to him during the late 1980′s and even read a book or two of his. But a couple of years back, maybe a few years now – he said something which I will never forget: George W Bush was not in the White House for 9/11 it was Bill Clinton who was in the White House. I stopped dead in my tracks.

Now I listen to these talking heads just to monitor what lies they are spewing forth into the public airwaves.

But recently, something very interesting is occuring: Even Rush is starting to tell the truth – but with a twist – without laying blame to who’s really at fault.

I still recall how last year the Bush Bailout for the Banks was hailed as a good thing. All of a sudden, the baton is passed – and now it’s a bad thing.

Nothing has changed.

How can something which under a republican be touted as good now be touted as bad under a democrat??

What I have no realized is that the leaders in this country are not the real leaders – they are just actors, puppets – who’s string’s are being pulled by the ultra rich. There is no difference between the republican’s and the democrats whatsoever, behind the scenes – they are all in bed with one another…

Where public opinion is formed today is unfortunately based not on the real facts or issues but from high paid talkshow hosts who claim to know the answers and facts about what REALLY good for us (meaning the ultra rich)…

It’s not even about left vs right. The election between Kerry and Bush proved that. I mean, how much more obvious could they make it – two Yale grads who were Skull & Bones alumni on to of that ?? What a joke, and the American people ran with it hook line and sinker…

Today the big thing is exposing that Global Warming is a lie. What is interesting is this was also mentioned on The Obama Deception documentary – which made me take notice for a change, especially when they mentioned how it was the bankers who were behind it. Supposedly Al Gore has done very well financially for his work in spreading his gospel.

Now the real facts are that the earth goes through these kinds of changes all the time. But when they happen, it usually signals some kind of major change, like the extinction of the dinosaurs – which is something they did to themselves by the way…

I personally believe that we are altering the climate. Funny how we never hear about that HAARP machine in Alaska anymore…

An elementary school child can figure out that if we alter a biosphere enough, everything can die. Well, our earth is our biosphere and we are drastically altering our ecology through pollution, de-forestation, factory farming (cattle), and the unstoppable rate of population increases – which only makes matters worse.

I applaud those behind the myth of global warming but tell us who’s really behind it, how it was just one more business venture – just like going into Iraq. If anyone out there believe’s the terrorist fairy tale regarding 9/11 which was shoved down our throats as gospel, you are about to be let down. The terrorist actions of 9/11 brought about a legitimate retaliation which in effect also turned into an interesting business venture – that unfortunately went horribly wrong. Makes one wonder who the real terrorists are, doesn’t it?? (not too mention who’s really behind this financial mess)

I’ not even going to get into healthcare, something else the talkshow hosts are portraying as bad. Well, tell me this: My wife requires a 2nd root canal but was told she can’t have it until next year – because her insurance says the yearly allotment is used up. Is that fair?? How about this: My dear friend Christina has cancer. Her breasts are gone. It’s in her whole body to the point where it is painful just to be alive. Mind you, this is not something she deserved or encouraged but something which hs taken over her body and is killing it. From what I know, her insurance is sick of trying to keep her alive. Her job is not happy about the time missed due to being sick (and this is a major Wall St insurance Company), it’s not like they are paying her when she is out either… so the bills pile up sky high through no fault of her own – and last I heard the debt collectors are sharpening their knives getting ready for the final kill. Where is the justice with that??

I read with great interest how a Connecticut Defense Contractor that makes Jet Engines is crying poverty because the JSF contract got cancelled or something like that (like they were really going to ut that jet into production) anyhow they get the green light to close 2 plants up here – then words out that they are going to build 2 new plants in Mexico – because they have too much work now. I do not know how much truth there is with this last statement but I do know this: they are winning all kinds of BIG dollar contracts – so they ain’t hurting one bit…

So who are we to believe??

I read a book a while back called “The Cult Of The Amature” and one thing I will say about it is that it’s well worth the read. The only thing is that the message the author tries to convey backfies – and suddenly unintentionally or not – the truth is known.

I won’t spoil it by telling you what.
